Beginning Wednesday, August 11, all staff will be moving out of Diocesan House for installation of a new (much needed!) heating and air-conditioning system. This work will require the demolition and reconstruction of all the ceilings in the building, so staff will not be able to occupy their offices during this time. The estimated timeline for this project is 12-14 weeks.
Bishop Smith and some staff members will have office space provided for them at Christ Church Cathedral during the construction period, others will be working from home. As was the case during the COVID-19 shutdown, staff members are best reached by email or at their direct dial numbers. (See staff directory)
Churches may continue to send mail to Diocesan House at the 412 Sycamore Street address. Staff will be picking up the mail daily. If any church needs to send a package during this time, it will be best to ship the package to Christ Church Cathedral at 318 E. 4th Street, Cincinnati 45202. Please make sure to put the name of the staff member that it is intended for on the outside of the package.
